I started coming for appointments with Victoria for reflexology when I was heavily pregnant. That was over 5 years ago. I found the treatments at that time invaluable.  For me it's an opportunity to talk through things that are going on in my life and having an impact on my well-being.  The stuff you generally don't think about (or perhaps avoid thinking about!). To then have a massage which is unbelievably relaxing, for me is the best 'me time' possible!

It's really simple - I know that I will feel so much better when I leave Victoria's then when I walked in there! I am currently undertaking IVF and my treatments with Victoria ensure that I feel able to deal with the trials and tribulations of this process in a much more positive way.

It's a time when I am encouraged to put me first which isn't something that comes naturally.  The setting, Victoria's approach and the treatments themselves are all key reasons why I have regularly made time for these appointments. I have learnt that addressing things that have a real impact on my well-being makes such a massive impact on my day-to-day outlook. I would forgo hair appointments to make time for an appointment with Victoria - this may mean my hairs' a state but I am a much better person for the genuine investment in me!

I have recommended Victoria a number of times over the years to friends and work colleagues alike. I discovered Victoria through a good friend and this was one of the best referrals I have ever personally had. I know people feel the same way when I have made the same recommendation!

I think it's really important not to under-value the power of a massage when it comes to emotional and physical issues. I was initially reticent to experience the massage based approach in my appointments but now I wouldn't have it any other way. Female aged 36.
